With more than 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Gaudet is an industry pioneer. In 1995 he founded Medical HR (MHR), as an Emergency Room physician (ER), he realized the need for clinical specialty physician in the private and rural areas of America which, Dr. Gaudet’s profound understanding of the complex relationship between the clinical specialty physician and the community as a whole has paved the way for his extraordinary accomplishments in developing a highly regarded, successful healthcare staffing company. He believes that the physician is critical to the clinical and financial success of any healthcare organization. 

Danny M. Goldberg  RN, MBA
President/CEO
Danny Goldberg, brings over 25 years of direct healthcare experience, His professional experience includes serving 10 years as a surgical nurse in Israel and 5 years as a nurse recruiter in a major US healthcare facility, prior to joining MHR as President.  Mr. Goldberg has experience and knowledge in many facets of the healthcare staffing process. His marketing campaigns of foreign and domestic specialty nurses have been recognized as some of the best and most effective in the healthcare industry worldwide.

G. Edward Mallory, D.O. FACEP
Physician Advisor
Dr. Mallory is a board certified emergency room physician with over 17+ years of experience. His first hand emergency room expertise makes him an invaluable addition to the Medical HR team.

Joanne Michener RN, MSN
Nurse Advisor
Ms. Michener has 20+ years of experience in Critical Care, Emergency and Trauma Nursing. In addition Ms. Michener has worked for the past 15 years in various aspects of the healthcare recruitment field including Executive Search and Travel Nurses and Placement. As a result of her hospital management experience she brings an understanding of the crucial importance of cost containment in hospitals and other medical facilities. This understanding is demonstrated by her ability to work in partnership with clients, to facilitate creative, cost saving, and true “win-win” approaches to staffing.
